Due Diligence
Shweed implements a clear and robust policy to comply with Money Laundering Regulations and industry best practice. We take all the necessary steps to comply with our obligations under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Terrorism Act 2000. These procedures ensure full legal compliance whilst also considering the commercial needs of our clients.

Security & Transportation
When required, Shweed has agreed to collaborate on commercial opportunities with a third-party multinational conglomerate security services provider. This enables our clients to have access to world-class, secure and fully compliant transportation services on a global basis.

Banking
As an intermediary, Shweed remains outside the ‘transfer of ownership’ and does not directly facilitate financial transactions between the parties. Once all completion requirements have been met, the ‘buyer’ pays the ‘seller’ in accordance with the given agreement. Upon safe receipt of funds, Shweed’s pre-agreed commission is then received from the seller’s side only – with buyers paying no fees to Shweed for the service provided.

Transparency
All confidentiality provisions, client commitments and Shweed’s commission are mutually agreed from the outset. Commercial agreements between all parties involved are therefore protected by transparent legal documentation prior to any commercial activity commencing.
